Some of you might remember I was asking a while ago how to go about antiques because I have a bedroom set that is more than 80 yrs old (I can know exactly by looking at the newspaper ad cut I still have). It is a nice bedroom set that used to be black, it has a walnut tree finish, but has been repainted white. It once was my great grand-mother set, then my grandma had it, and she passed away months ago so I inheritate it.

It is in good shape, nothing is broken or cracked. But it's for someone who like old pieces of furniture. It would be nice for a girl room, or for a guest room. This bedroom set has been barely used in many, many years, serving only in a guest room at my grandma's house. She was a maniac to take good care of her belongings. I also have a custom-made bed cover of very good quality that is about 1 yr old that goes perfectly with the style of the bed. My grand-mother had it made for this bedroom set when they re-decorated the room. Since I was basically the only guest sleeping in that bed, and always been carefull at folding that bed cover for not ruining it, it is like spanking new.

The set includes:

Big head board
foot board
2 dresser of different size, one with a nice mirror.

Sorry but for sentimental reasons, I will be keeping the vanity.

Since I don't want to deal with the hassle of selling it, and frankly, it sadden me to part from it and really don't feel like making money out of it, I will let it go for free to a good home...

Today I cannot post pictures as my husband laptop is not here, but I will try to do so asap. Thanks...

P.S. sorry for the long post just for a bedroom set, but I feel I have to let you know a little bit of history about it, and I was the one to use that bedroom going to see my grand-ma...so it's a little hard for me to let go. But I don't have room to keep it.
