this is my ex-girlfriends bike, she bought it to learn (as some people might remember from past threads) but never really got into it.

2002 kawi ex500
red/charcoal tail section
3xxx miles, oil changed regularly (according to break in period)
clean, stock EVERYTHING, even has the fender still uncut.
VERY comfortable bike, took it for a 2xx mile ride today and it was smooth as anyother bike there, while keeping up with the group, and passing some people...

its gotta go soon because my garage is tooo full of bikes (2 busas, a cbr600 and this thing) gotta make some room so i can fit a car in there...

That is a super clean EX500, in a good color scheme too (not so common for Kawasaki ). If we'd not just picked up an '05 EX500 for my wife I'd have given this one serious consideration.

You shouldn't have a problem selling this bike. Oh, and that Troy City Garage site doesn't mean too much. I believe they also charge freight and set up fees, which would add to their low-sounding price. These things sell at or near MSRP at dealerships that don't charge set-up or freight charges to bolster their profits.

And, heh, it is already broken in. That is a big advantage. These bikes only do a bit over 50mph at 4k rpm (max recommended for first 500 miles, after that it's 6k rpm up to 1k miles).

thanks, yeah, this is SUPER clean. milage is like 3390 or something like that. it is now inside of CYCLE GEAR in manchester, CT. I work there and it is "on display" so anyone who wants to can see it in person just to contest to how clean it is. price is fair, bike is exceptional, now lets just sell it..
