No, its street legal only.

I thought about making it a trackday bike. But I can't justify it for 5 or 6 trackdays a season, and still would need to get something else for the street.

cool - I figured from the avatar it might be a track bike but that's fine with me since I am thinking about a new streetbike that would do double duty on track days next year.

You need the forks and shock if you were going to race it. The rear shock like $800. So would end up spending that anyway. The damage is minimal, not a factor if its going to be converted to a race bike. I 'll post some picks later tonight.
