anyone know where I can get a choke cable for a 98 Katana?

they've got actual Suzuki fiche on the site... but you'll need to know, in advance, if it's a Kat 600 or a Kat 750.

microfiche... them little plastic squares that dealers put into the viewing machine to find out the part number for the part you're looking for. usually there are a bunch of 'em for each bike-- one might be for body parts, one might be for fuel system, etc. etc.

these days, it's usually on CD-ROM... but Ron Ayers still calls it "fiche"

for example... if you look in their fiche, click on "GSX-600F 1998", there will be a whole list of different fiche that show up.

click on "Handlebar", and you'll get this page

#16 on that page is the clutch cable you're looking for. click on that, and you'll get their part number and price ($13.38)

yes a lot. thank you for your help. that is also a much better price than the dealer gave.

their prices are pretty good, and they keep a lot of stuff in stock.

keep in mind, tho... their minimum shipping is seven bucks, I believe (that's why I usually buy a bunch of stuff from them at a time )
