1989 EX500

7/10ths. Ran and used as daily driver untill my boy parked it this past spring I got it going after charging the battery. Full Muzzy's, jet kit, timing advanced. 22.5k miles. Bought for GF, getting rid of both. Cold use some TLC, great thing to tinker with over the winter. $1,200 OBO

Thanks for the sugestion ut, alas, yes. I have tried Craigslist and there was a great responce of peopl who wanted to talk about the bike. None bought it or even came to see it. I though thatt his was a good place to try since it isn't perfect and on here a "bike guy" cold pick it up chhep and get it in shape for his GF (my original plan) or as a racer / track bike for the season.

A nice bike at a good price. I'm pretty sure it's the weather that's keeping you from selling it.

I'm waiting until at least april/may to sell my '88 EX500.

Thanks, and you are probably right. I have been thinking about keeping it and using it as a track bike myself. There is no cost involved at this point, other than setting it up. The reason that I want to get it gone is that I'm triny to turn the $$ over into a dirt bike.
