how soon does he want it? i got a 93 F2 im puttin together to sell. lots and lots of goodies on it. actually, it would make a good race bike for Thunderbike if you can pull one over on LRRS. the cutoff is 92 for LRRS but the 93 is the same bike.

Depending on whether he would want all the extra goodies (extra set of wheels, woodcraft rearsets, ohlins shock, corbin seat, quill pipe, factory jet kit, stainless front lines) or just the stock stuff (have all stock parts) I'd be asking between 3 and 4k.

It is teh awesomez, in my opinion the perfect balance between street and track bike, especially with the extra street/track goodies it's got now. Alas, I no longer have a use for its excellent street manners , so rather than having it sit around except for the occasional track use I figure it'd be best to sell it and buy a dedicated trackbike / buy an EX500 and use that for trackdays.

I was gonna sell it in the spring on account of I don't need the money ATM and bikes sell better in the spring, but if he's looking now that's cool too...

I have the following bike for sale if you buddy is interested.

2000 CBR600 F4 approx. 9000 miles (odometer
reads high b/c of gearing change) Shark Skinz, a bit ruff but very
usable Everything is safety-wired Race Tech Springs and valves 102 HP ON
PUMP GAS, 112hp+ on race fuel SS Valve job, aftermarket cam and higher
compression pistons CFM Rear Sets, Vortex Clip-ons, Jet Kit D&D can with
Hindle mid-pipe and headers (Dyno-tuned for this bike) Steel Braided
Brake Lines, 520 conversion, 1 down in the front 2 up in the back The
bike was a track bike that I made street legal by putting blinkers on,
PIAA style headlights, custom made plate bracket with integrated brake
light and blinkers, and mirrors. The bike could be made ready for the
track in about 10 min. The bike was set up by GMD Computrack in April 04
so I know the frame is perfectly straight. The previous owner low-sided
it on the track before having this done so I know only damage to the
bike is cosmetic. Also, the bike was completely gone over by an aircraft
mechanic, who restores motorcycles as a hobby, a few hundred miles ago.

I mite sell my 01 SV650S with 4k miles, it was running but I took it apart so now it needs to be put back together. Also theres a small hole in the frame. I know the bike runs fine once it is put back together. If he wants it, make me an offer.

fwiw - I have an 88 zx600c I'd let go for under $1k

Needs lowers and thats it...runs and rides great.....but is also 18 years old this year..lol

no offense or anything ... but at $1,200 I'd keep it. If the offers were actually reasonable, I'd let it go. This is a clean title bike, I've seen salvage titles with more miles go for more than $1,200. I'll try my luck elsewhere .. ebay , svrider etc. I can wait for spring where the demand will be higher too ... no incentive on my part to sell early.
