Yamaha FZ-1 Sport Saddle Bags. Used only twice. Sold my '01 FZ-1.

Foam construction and compression molding allows for a semi-soft feel that maintains its shape while empty. Straps provide a sturdy fit and are designed to fit the '01-'05 FZ-1. Works great.

I would think these bags would fit but I'm not 100% sure. The dimensions are approximately
10" High by 15" long by 8" wide. Two velcro sided straps go under the hand rails and are attached under the seat. Attach a strap with a male connector on each passenger foot peg. These straps connect to a female connector at the bottom of each bag. A rear strap from one bag goes underneath the license plate and attaches to the other bag. All straps are adjustable for a secure fit. They are not waterproof and would require contents to wrapped in a plastic bag if rain were expected.
Your bike does have the under seat muffler but I don't think that would make a difference.

Does the Yamaha accessory catalog on line list bags for the FZ-6? Just wondering if the part numbers were the same. The numbers for these (FZ-1) is ABA-5LV73-00-00
