Just thought I'd put this up here , it's a tough time to be selling a house in MA .Somebody into dirt bikes or mountain bikes might be interested . There are about 25-30 miles of real nice singletrack right down the street . There is a foundation in place for an attatched 2 car garage. It's a nice big house with lots of upgrades .

good luck. i'm trying to sell my house in western mass right now. been on the market for 2 months now. It's getting alot of exposure...I just need someone to buy it that doesn't have a house of their own to sell.

THanks , that is the problem . I guess things picked up a little before thanksgiving as far as selling , but not much .I think we'll have to wait until spring .
