FS: Lap Timer. Slow bikes only

This lap timer is hardly used. I bought it cheap off an expert cuz it couldn't keep up with him, but no matter how hard I try, it doesn't quite work for me either.

Figured maybe one of the new rookies could put it to good use...... or Chad.
