1.2 acres - if you want a feel for what its like to own a property like this the lawn could use a cut, come on by! and to think I was counting down the last times I'd have to cut the grass..

yup, detached condo in 55+ community (I know, I'm not 55 but I am sneaking thru under a technicality). all the privacy of a a house and none of the yard/exterior stuff

That's the way to go, man. I have yet to buy a house because I can't deal with yard work. I have a maid so I don't have to clean inside as it is. I don't know if I can afford a gardener too

That sucks but at least you get to get some more use out of that new shower valve


If anyone is seriously looking for a house they should take a swing by. It looks even better in person it flows really well. It's set back far enough where you don't feel like you are on top of your neighbors but it isn't too far back where you feel like you are camping. The best part is the garage, you could fit more bikes than you would know what to do with in there
