"Elite Series", says RS-R on the side. Wine red. Snell M95 rated, My daughter wore it a dozen or so times last year but has outgrown it. Minor, barely noticeable scuffage. Pics:

Well, it's not listed at child's size, but was purchased for my daughter when she was 11, so could fit your brother. I'm located in Chicopee, MA and you're welcome to come by and try it on if that's convenient, or you could have him try a X-small Shoie on at a local shop.
