How well have you maintained that bike? Where was it kept? Has it been outside in the rain/snow/etc..?

i'm the second owner- bought it from one of my friends who took good care of it. Always garaged- never left out in rain or snow- Changed oil every 1k miles. Chain lubed very 3-400 miles. Properly stored.
Needs a few things done right now- basic maintenance stuff- Valve clearance check/ new tires/ new rear pad on the brakes.
