Hello everyone,
I am posting this up for a good friend and family that I grew up next door too, unfortunatly there brother/youngest son passed away over the winter in a horrible car accident. It has been really hard on the family but they have decided to sell his motorcycle since it has been sitting all summer in their garage.
The bike is a 2006 Kawasaki Ninja 636 in the original Kawasaki green color….it has all green panels on the frame including a rear cowl, an under tail Leo Vince exhaust …the rear sprocket is bigger …it has Vortex adjustable rear sets w/ GP style shift pattern….. flush mount front and rear turn signals…..michelin tires front and rear…..it has a black windshield aftermarket….miles are around 18,850…….. $4,900 obo
I'm hoping one of my fellow NESRians will be interested and give this bike a good home!
Thank you for taking a look.
EDIT: The bike is in Wilmington, Ma. in my old hood... let me know if you wanna check it out!

Thats so sad. I'd be ballin my eyes out if it were me on the bike and it was my brother.. What, wait! My brother is an asshole!
Thats a good deal! Its a beauty for a kawasaki.. Green!
o that thing is awesome, if I had money for a street ride I would want this thing...good luck!

Dumb question... GP style shifter... not GP Shift, correct?
I'm weighing options on my next bike and looking to buy in the next week or so. Cash in hand. This could be in the running pending the OBO.
Hmm...

I'm not 100% sure how you say it but the shift pattern is 1st up, 2nd-6th down.
Let me know if you wanna see it, I can put you in contact with the family who is selling it and even ride up with you there... Not too sure how low they will go but right now it is priced right in between the two NADA values for the bike.
I just read it as "GP style shifter" to be some fancy looking rear sets, LOL.
I need to think about it... I'm also eying the 636 Nazo has for sale ... same color, but it's a 2004.
Kudos, to actually pricing a bike inline with NADA and the current economy though... I've been poking around Craigslist and some prices are way high. It's like people know they need to get rid of their toys, but unwilling to.
HP
That is a great deal.
That will sell fast
it does have fancy Vortex rear sets... but the GP style sift pattern is an extra feature of the rear sets that are on it. You can change it back to the original shift pattern if you are not liking the different shifter though.
I hear ya... got to keep it real ya know!!
Steve loan me some cash? Or an early wedding present? You know you want to! I want a 636 soooooo bad!
Bumpity for DanZ to check it out...
Stop bumping this beautiful bike![]()
No shyt, just let the ad go away for a few weeks![]()
dayum this thing fell down the list... weekend bumpity. ssg would love to see you buy it and from the looks thinks arn't selling right now, i think it will still be here in a couple weeks. I know the owners also have it posted on CL and i think they are going to eGay soon but i suggested against the eGay shit since there are too many loser trying to dooup you out of your money on there.
be prepared at this time of the season to either blow it out for dirt cheap or sit on it all winter. You would be shocked at what I just paid for an '05 636 in Silver. I know I'll be sitting on it all winter so you know I got it right. The guy wanted out of it and I bought it outright.
I agree with ya Sheppo, unfortunatly it is not I who is the decision maker on this.
I started looking for bikes around this time last year because i knew i was getting another and thought i would have the cash at the beginning of the winter but they were still overpriced...
So i waited till the end of the winter and there were a bunch of bikes that were still there and over priced, i found one that wasn't thankfully
I know the owner would take $4,500 but have only been relaying that message to peeople sending PM's
Just for a good gauge, what did you grab the silver 05 for??
I aint telling...
but you can see it on my website..http://www.billericamotorsports.com/...76&pov=1379874
