Ummm, no. But thanks. Certain models did not include plastics in 2005. Or any other year, until 2009.

The bike being offered for sale is an SV650. It is a naked bike. No fairing, naked, with one round headlight and handlebars vs. clip-ons. Pretty cut and dry.


SV650S, was half faired, still no side plastics. Not until 2009 when Suzuki started to include them from the factory. Until that time, the side fairings were only available as an expensive aftermarket accy. The "S" had twin headlights, half fairing, and clip-ons.

The SV650 was discontinued in 2008 and replaced by the Gladius as the 650 v-twin, naked bike in the Suzuki lineup for 2009.

Good summary, but you fail to mention that the full fairings were an option in 2005, as my '05 SV650S is fully-faired.
