ok, im looking to change it up a bit. i really hate to do this because i really do love this bike, but its time for something else.
-2003 SV1000S copper colored
-about 11,xxx miles (IIRC)
-TRE mod
-Power Commander PC3 (tuned by TLRman)
-Dual Holeshot high mount mufflers, black, no badging (sound awesome)
-K&N
-Hotbodies undertail w/turnsignals
-new chain and rear sprocket
-new fork seals
-swingarm spools/sliders
-oil change less than 1000 miles ago with Synthetic
-oil drain plug is drilled for safety wire
-never crashed, never dropped


some may remember the oil leak it had last summer. i had the countershaft sprocket seal replaced and the clutch pushrod seal replaced and it didnt seem to fix the leak. after talking to Mark (TLRman) i determined that i may have overfilled the oil at the last oil change. when i went to revisit the leak, it was gone as far as i could tell and the oil level was where it should be.
bike is in excellent condition. the only flaw is a rock chip on the front fender. i dyno'd the bike at bike night shortly after the pipes and PC3 and got 115hp at the rear wheel. runs perfect. title in hand, $4500 OBO.

i live just outside portsmouth NH.
just to be as straightforward as possible, ive got the forks off the bike right now to do the fork seals and ive got to put the chain on it. both should be done soon. gotta find some time at work to do the seals and then i just have to throw the forks on and then the chain, and button it all back up. hopefully it will be roadworthy in a week or so.

forks, chain and sprocket went on today. gonna flush out the clutch and front brake fluid with new stuff because its A) gross looking and B) the clutch seems to have air or something in it. ill get it squared away.
someone buy this. ive got my eye on a replacement. this thing has got to go. goes up on CL soon.
