Nah, no jab. I just figure everyone's like me and has a habit of shrinking everything new that they wash. But you're about my size, and the extra larges seem to run a bit on the smallish side. You'd be better off with that.......

werent the only sizes available L and XL so most people were getting L and they didnt look too big unless they were tiny.... so stick with getting the XL as thats the larger of the two and more room in case of shrinkage or just for safetys sake that you get one thatll fit comfortably shrug
