Handling Woe's

On my ride into work today my bike, a 04 F4i felt a little strange. It almost felt hinged in the middle or it would pull to one side a little when I chopped the throttle at lower speeds.

It has never felt this way before and I spend 1.5 to 2.0 hours a day on my bike so I know her pretty good.
The air pressure on the front is 36 and the rear is 37, the chain may be a bit loose.
I know the chain can be a big part of how the bike feels but, this just started happening.
Also I ride with my arms bent and I try to put as little weight as possible on the bars. I have taken my hands off the bars at 20 mph and 60 mph and she rides straight as an arrow.

My questions are,
1) Could the air pressure make that big of a difference? I have heard a couple of psi can do that.
2) Could the chain also be doing that as well?
3) Does anyone know of an easy way to check to make sure the clip-on’s are positioned properly?

Thanks for any help guy's/gal's can give me.

I'd start by adjusting the chain and tire pressure and seeing how it feels from there...

What kinda condition are your tires?
