starting point - '05 600RR

So i hear this is the place to come for suspension questions (=

I just picked up a 2005 600RR, which so far I love, but am interested in getting the correct settings dialed in. I do a combination for trackdays and riding the twisities, never any long highway slab commuting.

I'm 150lbs without gear ...
