929 fork oil wt & level

Hey Peter, Can your recommend a weight and level for my stock 929 forks. At 30,000 miles I'm hoping to freshen them up before I head to deals gap. It's for street riding not racing, and i'll be keeping the stock internals and springs, at least for now.
