a few question

Hello i have a 2002 Kawasaki zx9, I was just wondering if i could get a few pointers on how to setup the suspension., front and rear. I bought it used and i think that it is still all stock. Also I was wondering if there is a certain mileage that i should replace the fork seals, oil, etc.
