Question about valving for aftermarket shocks. When one buys an aftermarket shock (like a double or triple clicker), it is usual to get a choice of spring rates for the riders weight. Is the valving different also? How much of a range does the external adjustment cover? Thanks. |

Question about valving for aftermarket shocks. For most apps, the valving will be the same, the range of adjustment will cover most spring rates, unless the rider weighs over 280, or under 100lbs. When I order a shock I get them straight from the manf. or importer and get a choise of spring rates. your local dealer may not be able to offer a choice if depending on where they get them from |
