"Freshening up the forks"Hey Peter, First I want to say Thank You for adjusting the suspension on my '04 red/black R1. It made a huge difference. What would it cost to completely go over the forks and install all new springs and such? I also noticed that my rear shock is almost at maximum preload now. Would I benefit if I went with a different heavier weight spring? |

"Freshening up the forks"A complete rebuild is $200 parts and labor, how ever I recommend a revalve for $560, including springs, seals, oil, and our dual speed pistons. I can get a rear spring if you like, but I wouldn't spend any more than that on the stock shock. I would get you a Penske or an Ohlins if you want to upgrade the stocker. Don't forget you get 10% of every thing through NESR. |
