I'm getting close to having enough money to give you my bike and you putting the good parts on it.

My questions are these:
1) do I need to have to tires on there when you get it that will be on there for racing for you to set it up correctly?

2) I need to get the spool bracket welded back on the swing arm, which will require swingarm removal ... should this be done before I sent it to you, or is this something you could do ... if it was done after, and I removed the swing arm, would it screw up the geometery you set?

I can weld it on the bike, just take the tank off.

I can also do the work with out the tires or Ii can mount them here if you like.
