Is there a place to learn about suspension?

I know about setting Sag and aligning your wheels.. (well kinda)

I have read and read every article about suspension... I just always get confused.

Can someone direct me to a website with info on front and rear suspensions and the settings and what each setting does?
Compression, Rebound, Preload... What else?

I want to try to dial in my bikes but i don't even know where to start.

+ Pete gives suspension seminars once in a while. Usually in the off season.

I like them because it is more hands on than reading a document.

And I like knowing, not that I particularly apply it myself, but at least I know the terms and concepts so I understand what is being done.

He's likely at the track already or loading the trailer.

I'll ask.
