Works Performance Rear Shock Rebuild?Hi Pete... I have a worn Works Performance rear shock in my wifes 89' FZR400 that I am looking at replacing or rebuilding... I was just looking for your thoughts on the rebuilding process... Average cost compared to buying new... and what exactly can be rebuilt... etc Thanks in advance... Mike |

Works Performance Rear Shock Rebuild?I cal service it for $85.50 including oil and Nitrogen. If it needs wear parts like a piston band or a seal head it could add $25-35 more. The only option I have for new is a Penske. The Sport shock is around $600. |

Works Performance Rear Shock Rebuild?Hey Pete. On that note, are you going to be up at the track for the 10/4 open practice? If so I'll drop off the Works shock for my 93 GSX1100G couch. I'll talk to you then about what I'd like done to it. |
