Hint:
By the rude bridge that arched the flood,
Their flag to April’s breeze unfurled,
Here once the embattled farmers stood,
And fired the shot heard round the world.
The foe long since in silence slept;
Alike the conqueror silent sleeps;
And Time the ruined bridge has swept
Down the dark stream which seaward creeps.
On this green bank, by this soft stream,
We set to-day a votive stone;
That memory may their deed redeem,
When, like our sires, our sons are gone.
Spirit, that made those spirits dare,
To die, and leave their children free,
Bid Time and Nature gently spare
The shaft we raise to them and thee.
BTT for a beautiful Sunday and week.

The lawyer for Lizzie Borden was born in this town!

I'm guessing its either in ashburnham or lexington. I couldn't fid any info on the third lawyer.
Andrew V. Jennings was the Borden family lawyer, and he is the one who brought the other two in. He was born in Fall River. I haven't located that statue or house yet in any of the 3 towns....
I googled "statue boy with straw hat and pail massachusetts" found it, just haven't had the time for ride out that way yet.
Found it earlier tonight too, might try to go get it tomorrow sometime.
I knew you guys would figure it out. It's no fun if I hand it to you on a silver platter.
