New Menu bar, some links moved

I moved the arcade/googlemap/store/donate/gallery links out of quicklinks and put them in the new navbar at the top so they're in plain view for people to find.

I spent about 5 minutes searching for the Arcade link this morning just to realize it is right above where it used to be!
