Added a new classifieds system.

The for sale/wanted forum is a disaster so we added a real classifieds system that we hope will be much better to work with. No new threads can be started in the old forum, but old threads can be replied to for 30 days from today.

Links are on the main page menu, on the top menu, and in the forums list.
