[Frankenstein]

More than 3 years after my abrupt departure from NESR I reluctantly returned, with a plan to breathe some life into a project I'd once held dear to my heart. With Stoneman's seal of approval on my plan, I began my work.

What was done:

• Bring the forum up to the current software version.
• Add some new style/theme options.
• Install some search engine optimization software.
• Install some goodies for the people (gallery, arcade, etc.)
• Server stability and performance optimizations.
• Set up advertisements to help move NESR towards being a self-sustaining community.

Now it's a year later, and except for a server hardware problem and a few bonehead tweaking mishaps on my part, it's been a pretty smooth year for NESR. So now I bring forth the evidence that my return was at least in some way beneficial to this community.

Traffic from search engines is WAY up (this was goal #1):

Anyway that's all. I'll continue to do my thing behind the curtain, and I'll love ever minute of it because I'm a fucking dork.

Up at the top/right where it says "welcome, zombie" is a Private Messages link. Back when you were preparing for your Alaska ride you'd asked if I'd help you post pics and stuff while you were on the road. You sent me a pm and I responded but that was the last I heard from ya. Crazy bastidge!
