Forum upgrade

I just upgraded the forum. There are a few hacks I have to re-do now...so things might not be perfect for a few. It shouldn't take me long to get it fixed.

Let me know if you find any bugs. Thanks!

apart from a flashing "Message" bar... w/ no new msg... everything seems hunky-dory so far
