Tossin' around the idea of adding an area for info on local musicians. It'll be geared for bands in the New England area ONLY, and we'll welcome any local bands and/or band members to post info regarding material releases, shows, appearances, signings, general news, on-air appearances, etc. It'll also be an area where NESR members can post info regarding their favorite local bands...

A little off-beat for a motorcycle message board, I'll admit. But I've seen some similar areas on other theme related message boards and they seem to work well. Any interest?

That's part of the point of this. The other being that there's some GREAT local talent floating around New England, especially as of late. Any help these guys can get would be great, I believe...

Naturally, I've already been in contact with a coupla guys from Purge DI. They think it's a great idea, and said they'll help out as much as they can...

If any one knows of any local bands and they can get in touch with them, I'd like to get their take on this too. They can post as guests and/or anonymously if they so desire. I'll be happy to assist them in setting up member accounts too if they need help...
