Do a search of "vests" and you will get a preview.

Many on this forum think "rocking colors" is for Posers. I think it is because it started on the cruiser side Plus I guess Racers don't see the point.

For the record I am the President of Chapter #23 of the Green Knights (Military Motorcycle club). At this time my chapter does not "rock colors" but many Green Knights chapters do.

Maybe you can clear it up. What is so great about "rocking colors"?

to each his own man. everyone on this site has different interests whether its dirt riding, track riding, show bikes, clubs whatever.

My club is made up of a diverse group of people across the country, in my chapter alone i have emts, military personal, professionals etc.

to me though it isnt just alot about the colors on my back its about what they stand for and what we stand for and the brotherhood.

and fyi there are alot of guys in my club who race at the track and do that whole scene, not everyone who dosent go to the track is a poser.

relax, its just what nesr is all about. ball bustin, if you can't take it then you should try another forum. in hear we like to give each other a hard time. its what we do and who we are. like a few posts back i busted on doc for being a yankkes fan, doesnt mean i wouldn't ride with him or have a beer with him, its just for fun. there are a couple of really cool guys in hear that i ride with a bunch, and i bust their balls as much as possible

i hear ya, just been going nuts without my bike, been in the shop since january and the littlest shits been irritating me lately.

70 degree days and no bike is very depressing...

The prevalent attitude on this site is that you ride, with all the gear, with both wheels on the ground, around corners... at a good clip.
Stunters get hosed, Harley riders get Hosed, Posers get hosed, hell newbies get hosed and I am sorry to say patch wearers get hosed as well.

There are some peps from the above groups that have stuck around and added to the menagerie, I honestly hope you do the same. I think you could add something here. Just be prepared to be lectured on wearing shorts and flip flops, riding a drag bike, posing and wearing a vest.... Give as good as you get but remember it is ALL in jest.
