Hi all my name is tom, and this is my 1st post on the fourm, im gonna set a few things out there to start off. I don't beleive in proper punctuation on interweb forums, no will i adhere to common gramatical rules, including but not limited to, capital letters, run on sentances ect. I hate interweb fights, i find them incredibly annoying yet funny.

As you all read my posts, take everything with a grain of salt, i am always sarcastic, so never take me seriously, lifes too short for that. I also have a tendencey to speak before i think, so, ya.

Lovin' the yzf600. I ride an 01 yzf600... love the damn thing to death. First bike for me as well. So long as you've got good tires on it, you'll be great. I'm riding Metzler M1's and I got a friend who is riding bridgestone battleaxe's and he has had problems with the front end starting to slide in turns. Other than having the proper tires, it's a great all around bike. I love it whether I'm in the country playin' around, or in the city. Enjoy the bike.

Finally more YZF's on here, it has been me and one other guy for a long time. Great bike and on it you will be able to outlast almost any rider out there in Gas and in Comfort. Where in Maine are you? we should get a YZF ride going.
