Im new to the forum, and bikes in general. Trying to soak up as much info as I can.

I purchased a 2003 honda cbr600rr (all black)last night, woke up extra early to register it, and took it out for the first time today. I love it. I even had to go out and get lunch for work, just to have a reason to ride it.

Anyone else from the Fall River area? I live in Somerset.

Yes this is my first bike. I know,,, I know.. I probly should of started out on something smaller. Please don't turn my intro thread into why I should of, like Sportbikes.net

I bought the bike last Thursday,started riding Friday , and lets just say thats the last time I got on the internet. I absolutly love riding the bike.

I'm not hatin on ya for buying a sweet bike. It sounds like you are responsible enough to realize that you have a very powerful and fast bike. Good for you.

Went today, and picked up some oil, so I can change it tomorrow morning. I still can't get off this thing. I go places just to ride the bike.

It is very addicting. Only thing that drives me nuts is wearing my jacket in this 90degree weather. Well....I would rather sweat, then have no skin though.

I got from second, to first shift Thursday, so I will have much more time for riding. I can't wait.
