Returning to riding after years off

Hi guys,
Some of you know me from my days learning to ride while at MIT. Poor Galen at Bikeworx had to work hard to patch up my dropped and abused EX500 with duct tape, after Brad kindly fitted a new exhaust after I squashed mine. Degsy helped me track down an SV650 on eBay and lent me a trailer to go pick her up. I rode her to the west coast in 2001. Haven't ridden much/at all since. Just picked up a beautiful clean 2002 SV650 in attention-getting yellow. And just lovin' it.
I live in the San Francisco Bay Area now so have to relearn to ride on roads totally new to me. At least I don't have to explore the ditches and verges of New Hampshire.

You may want to take a day and go to Mount Hamilton ...

Make damn sure you take pix and post them here ...

I will go there some day and I WILL ride those roads!

a13x is in the San Fran area now. he works for Ducati NA. maybe you could hook up with him for a few rides.
