hello from Townsend ma

as you know i am new here and i guess my main reason for joining is to find new places to ride and new people to ride with. i was also looking for suggestions on things like tire replacement but you have already helped with that subject. As for what i ride i get the feeling most of the people here don't like them but i ride a ZX14. i know they might not be as gracefull as say a GSXR600 but for me it is just right.

Cool... a 14 in Townsend. I'm just down the road from you in Lunenburg; I've got a blue '07 ZX-14. Also ride a silver ZZR1200 covered with Givi bags.

Yeah the 14 doesn't get much respect from people that just don't understand this genre of bike, but don't concern yourself with the opinions of others. 14s rock!

See ya around.

The Kawasaki ZX-14: When a busa's too ugly, a liter bike too slow & a 600 too maneuverable, the 14 is your only illogical choice

I kid, I kid I actually really like the 14... all black for me, please

Good one! One thing I won't do is try to pretend there is any "logic" to a ZX-14. I'll try to defend my ZZR1200 with a logical, rational argument, but not the ZX-14. The 14 is a silly, outrageous, nonsensical toy, and I love it.

Oh just for the record, there is no "R" in ZX-14, lest anyone confuse this long-distance intracontinental ballistic missile for a svelte track bike.
