Hey all,

Sup? I found NESR via GOOGLE about a year ago. : ) I almost tried to go to one of the track days you guys had towards the end of the riding season, but I'm waiting till I get some more riding gear.. all I have is jacket/gloves/helmet. Hope to find some nice pants/boots this season.

A little background on me: Been riding since I was 15, totalled a GS500 unlicensed on the road going about 80 in a corner when I hit sand and the bike slid out from under me. Needless to say I was gearless too. I'd had a dirtbike (100cc) and couldn't resist the oppurtunity to take this kids bike out. Anyway, some hard lessons learned there.. Later I got my license and learned to ride on a Moto Guzzi V50, took it easy riding on and off for about 6 years and about 10k miles total over that time. After I got out of college I got some buddies to start riding with me on a regular basis and got harassed into getting an update on my bike. So I bought an SV650 after reading all the reviews and test riding etc. What a huge difference.. *grin* Anyway.. I put 10k miles on the bike this past season and took the advanced MSF course, and read Keith's Code TOTW2 over the winter in an effort to be a better, safer (really just faster) motorcyclist

Hey twray, you get your bike back in to riding shape?? and how is your rehab going.. was sorry to hear about what happened. I used to take that route to work everyday myself.

Anyway.. Thx for the welcome.
