That picture of you would be a great training aid for track day classrooms...

An absolutly excellent example of good body position. You have your shoulders out over the bike, and more impressive, your head further...out over your mirrors. The result is higher corner speed with less lean and bigger contact patch...EXCELLENT! You are already ahead of some advanced riders...me included. Get thee to the track!

CHICKNSTRIPEATR- That wasnt me at the Bean, but thanks for the kind words on the colors. I love the look too, in dimmer light all that is really visible is the one bright white diagonal stripe in the middle, thats when i think it looks the best.

DUCDAVE - Thanks for the props. I will be at my FIRST track day (Tony's) on the 29th. I am rediculously pumped. I cant wait to hit some corners without the constant worry of a leo around the bend... I hope to see some of you other folks there! I will be the new guy who has no idea where to park/setup/get inspected/etc.

To the rest of you.... we gotta meet up, could do some riding out to the western part of the state where the roads are curvy and empty, or cruise the beach routes looking at the pretties. Either way, lets make it happen.

The pic is from Cape Bretton in Nova Scotia, the place is pretty much one giant 50 mile or so road around the perimeter of a peninsula that is ALL super curvy, some are 1st gear hairpins, it is pretty awesome. There are almost no cars, you just need to be mindful of the moose...

Im in Narragansett, right between Wheeler beach and Charlie O's. Riding a black ZRX with my co worker on his black 919. We went exploring around the west side of the state last weekend. We should look to get a ride together.

must just be missing each other, I was all over western RI/eastern CT this past weekend(about 250 miles) and was down in Narragansett last night



Maybe a Bean run for lunch some weekend, meet somewhere on Rte3 and head out Rte165(less cops than 138 or 102), some good back roads near my brothers house leading out to the Bean. Good route looping back through southern CT into Charlestown and Narragansett.
