Depends where you get it from, there are some pretty nasty Indian food places out there. I wouldn't eat it every day. A lot of the houses I did when I first started doing plumbing were bought by Indians that just moved here from India. When they start sweating that curry out it leaves a stench that could burn your nose hairs
