Here's another newbie!

Hey Y'all

Just started riding last year after about a 15 year hiatus. I've been riding with some guys from work but we are always looking for new people to join in! I'm in the midcoast maine area, so any mainers give me a shout!

Jed

Welcome to the site! Like Stoneman says, I haven't seen many from Maine around here...But I know personally, I wouldn't mind swinging up the coast now and again for a little NH->Maine jaunt. I was up a few weeks ago, started north of Hampton and took 1A up to Odeone and a bit beyond. Nice ride, I wouldn't mind repeating it...

Definitely, just let me get one of the bikes back to riding condition and I'll be up for it...1A is a fun road, if a little touristy on the weekends...

Well, Midcoast is pretty much everything from Brunswick down to Rockport/Camden area, which is where I am. Great riding up here. lots of secondary roads without too much local PD supervison . It's about two hours from here to Mt Desert Island and Acadia National park, which is gorgeous and about two hours from the western Maine and NH mountains.
