size limit on signatures?

i'm seeing 1-2 posts per window now because people feel it necessary to list every motorcycle they've ever owned (currently, sold, stolen, wrecked), or have massive images with pictures of their bike and/or sponsors.

can we limit the size to like 4 lines, so there can be more room for.....thread posts?

it can easily be fixed and doesn't increase the default size. i'm talking about the ones that are 10+ lines long.

Seems like the minority who have big sigs. Just encourage them to use the table feature, or, list them horizontally . using . spaces, or | some | separator.

I had the misfortune of trying to browse a forum who did not limit sig pictures. And the majority of the forum had sig pictures the size of a Win95 desktop. The greatest offense being that all their pictures sucked.

First, I did not say I found it offensive. I said ridiculous and it is. Though not as bad as the Rossi hitting a bird but whatever.
