Hi everyone, I'm BJ. I just moved back here from living in Chicago, Virginia and California over the past 15 years. I'm psyched to be back and out of Chicago for one thing and look forward to riding as much as possible (off and on the track). Picking up a 2015 Diavel in a few weeks from Great Bay and currently ride a 2010 Brutale 1090RR. If you're in Portsmouth or surrounding area, I'm always up for hitting the tarmac, wrenching on some old POS or watching MotoGP. Hit me up!

Welcome back, man! My wife's got a few clients over in Portsmouth & surrounding areas. I don't like to wrench old POS's nor watch MotoGP, but we drink like squids...
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
Hah! Gotta build up my drinkin' skills. Had a baby last year and that taught me how not fun drinking can be when you're woken up at 3am. You guys are definitely giving me excuses to get out of the house, ha ha.
Oh and BTW you should get in on this... http://www.nestreetriders.com/forum/...-To-The-Races-!

Hey BJ. I work in P town. Welcome back and see you on the road.
I'm in Salisbury MA, just a short 15 miles down the south coast. Always up for a ride. I even know some guys who'd like to join in.
Welcome! Great Bay is like my second home. Everybody knows my name... Cheers!

Awesome! Looks like we've got a strong contingent of seacoast riders. I'd dig going to the races on the 26th, not sure if ill be in town though. If so, is anyone else from around here leaving early to meet up in Derry?
you would be best off to post up about that in the thread for the ride. Id join ya but ill already be at the track.

I'll probably be out riding tomorrow. I live in Portsmouth and I'm pretty much always out on the bike if its not raining too hard, and I'm not working. Im out of work around 5ish, so ill probably be making moves around then.
I'm also going to do my best to go to the ride to the races on the 26th. If people want to meet up and head to Derry together im up for that.

Im gonna try and make it to the races as well. I just registered my bike in NH - where should I get the thing inspected? I haven't needed to do inspections in 10 years since I was living out of state...
At a motorcycle inspection station?

Look for a sign that looks like this:
Maybe ride up to Rochester HD and throw some business at Oxx's employer.

If you run into a wall with a helmet on, you still ran into a wall.
Sticker. Goes on the left fork. You also get a piece of paper, but are not required to show that to anyone really.
Reg form, reg sticker on your plate, inspection sticker on fork and you are legitimate. .. Naturally a cop can still hassle you for whatever the hell he wants to.

Between you & me, if you're worried about it passing, take a ride to Dickenson's Cycle on ROUTE 4 in Chichester. It's a little hole in the wall that looks rather run down and sleazy. But I've NEVER had an issue getting bike(s) inspected there, no matter. Last time I was in he didn't even have me start the thing. "...all the directionals & lights and horn work, I trust?", and a quick look at the brake pads and off I went. He's a cool dude to boot...

Thanks Stoneman. My bike is new, so I'm not too worried. I had completely forgotten what inspections entailed since I hadn't lived around here for so long, ha ha.
