Hi there,
I'm currently at school in Montreal, had to put my bike away before I came back because I have no where safe for it here.
I'm from VT, spend my summers there, and I'm transferring schools to URI so I'll have a much longer riding season!
I ride an '02 SV650 with only about 7.5k miles one it, its been babied, I've had it for the past two years and I've had a dirtbikes since I was about 13 or so. Got an invite to here from a member on the SVRider Forums, I've been on a homebrewing forum for over a yearbut just recently got onto the rider ones.
Anyone here go to school at URI or in RI?
welcome![]()
I ride a custom fighter!
Hello. Enjoy the site, the banter, events, the dirty page and my personal favorite, the pits. Ask a question and you will get a answer.
Welcome, when you move to URI you'll be about 25 minutes from me. I live down by the beaches where your surf club goes occasionally

KAWASAKI RULES WOOOOO!
Damn, I always wished that I went to college in Montreal.... but I think I would've spent too many $1s...
Make sure you check out Bike Night if you live in the Winooski area.

Thanks everyone! I recieved a much warmer welcome here then over at the SV board (except from Kenn157, who pointed me this way,) and that makes me want to stick around!
Great! I can't wait for warm weather, and I'm looking to spend the summer down there too, be near the beach and all!
Did you say dirty page??I'll give everything alot more time once finals are over...
Cool, part of the reason I'm moving there is to be out of the city and closer to the beaches.
That is a problem, but the bigger problem is that the smallest Canadian bill is $5!! And they're not happy getting change!
Sounds great, I'm hoping to not be in VT this summer, but we'll see.
welcome. I went to URI for a year and ended up transferring out. Cool place though.
As for the longer riding season, its not very much longer than VT
