Hey and I work for the state in the IT dept of the "unemployment" office in Govt Ctr. We are flat out soo busy. I'm home yesterday and today because of sickness. We have IT people working OT to handle the phone calls from like 4pm to 7 or 8pm. Flat out busy!!!

They had a posting 2 weeks ago for 60 claims takers. They provide training but it would be all over the state, not just in Boston.
