    Just had some awesome customer service.

    I bought a pair of Sidi boots about a year ago, a couple of days ago I noticed a crack forming on top of the foot. I took a picture and sent it in to them. They're replacing the boots with a new pair.

    Its too bad that they didn't ask for a picture of a woman holding a picture of a badly drawn pug dog. I could have accommodated their request immediately.
