Is there a place that buys used motorcycles ?

Selling everything I have to pay for graduate school and Im having trouble selling a bike because the bank has the title, however its an "electronic title" so unless I pay it off I need to find a buyer willing to dish out $5000 and wait 2 weeks for the title to be made by the RMV.

Trying to see if there are dealerships out there that buys used bikes...

there are places that will but they wont give ya shit for a bike ....i gave up after getting lowballed and when you dont have title in hand you get lowballed harder as they have to sit on the bike and wait for title
