My landlord is looking for someone to build a website for him. He is a contractor and wants it to be mainly informational and show some project pictures. I know he's not looking to spend a bundle (who is) but he is admittedly computer illiterate so I'm sure of that.

If anyone does or knows someone who does this forward me some contact info and I'll pass it on.
