    I've got no advice to offer for offroad tires anymore. The dunlops on my YZ have knobs ripping off, saw a gash in the sidewall of a pirelli over the weekend, and heard the michelins totally suck to mount.
    Because of the rocks and roots we have so much of in New England, my next combo will be a trials rear (probably dunlop) and a dunlop 756 front.

    What's your next bike going to be?

    Look out with the trials tire. Be prepared for your front tire to be completely and utterly useless. The rear pushes the front all around. If you want to try to curb it a little you can put a trials front on it, but then you have to alter your riding style to match it. The tires DO LAST FOREVER. My friend Megan who races harescrambles got almost 2 seasons out of a trials rear, and she rips.
