So long story short im in the market for a new vehicle. I definitely want something bigger then what i had (Nissan Frontier) but im stuck between a SUV & Larger truck. If i get a SUV, it MUST be able to tow. But what im mainly looking for is the big & little things you guys find nice in your vehicle and the things you hate about it.

So you want us to post up anything about any vehicle that can tow?

I loved the trunk of my Ridgeline, I loved the 5.7 in the Tundra I test drove. I love the fact that the Pilot turns off cylinders on the highway and boosts our MPG but can still fit 8 people, or 8' pieces of lumber inside.
The Nissan Armada in my driveway is pretty badass looking. All black, brush bars, fully equipped with leather, entertainment system, heated everything, etc. etc. V8 engine with special tow package. It can pull alright. Don't expect it to be cheap on gas..........![]()

Disclaimer: I swore for years I would never own a Ford of any kind.
I bought a 2008 F-150 in December. Super crew cap, 5.4 V8, 5.5 ft bed (wish it was 6, woops) and it's the King Ranch (re: loaded to the nines) edtion.
Aside from the fact it's a KR, it's just like any other F-150. I love my truck. It rides nice and smooth. Has plenty of grunt where needed. I've only towed twice with it so far but I like it. I make regular long distance trips on the highway with it to see/pick up my daughter. I can average about 18mpg at 72-74mph. All while cranking the tunes with the windows down, sunroof/rear slider open and enjoying a comfortable ride.
My only down fall with the truck is I kind of wish I had gone for a 2009 or 2010 XLT or Lariat so I could have got the new 6 speed auto (better gas milage) and a 6 foot bed. Otherwise I looooove my truck. I was originally shopping for a diesel but decided this truck to me the smarter route.
Don't know if that helps but I offered it up. Good luck on your buy.
Edit for adding a pic of my truck after having some fun in the mud out in Turners when we went to pick up my girlfriends friend. Still haven't washed the truck. heh

I'd say Tundra as well. I love the TRD versions myself.

Haha, funny you say that because I come from owning a bunch of sports cars prior to my truck. I've been DYING to throw a nice throaty straight exhaust on there (buddy has the same year with one here and it sounds nice), a mild lift and some more "aggressive" tires, but I've been fighting the temptation to do all that. Not easy though.
I do like it the way it is right now. It's the best of both worlds to me, luxery and truck. I had my luxery sports car kick back in the day, now it's trucks. What next?
I should add, I am teetering at the 0% Toyota Tundra Crewmax deals right now myself.
If I were in the market for big and SUV vehicle - the Tundra crewmax is like a sequoia with a short bed.
If you wanted something smaller, the Honda Ridgeline is awesome (owned one for 4 years before the Pilot and best thing I've owned yet). Only considering a Tundra c-max because of the increased towing capacity.

Just bought a 2010 5.7 Tundra double cab. It's a big change coming from my one ton diesel Ford but so far I like it more. The suspension flinches a lot more when you load it right up (duh) and the fuel economy is wretched when loaded but generally I'm getting similar mileage and paying less than I was for diesel. The Tundra has a lot more get up and go than the F350 did and it's a much softer ride when fairly empty. I pulled my 36hp tractor on an equipment trailer today up and down some rugged hills with no issues and no complaints from the truck. This weekend will be the first trip to the track towing an 8x12 enclosed trailer. That'll be the real test but based on the pulling today I'm not expecting any issues. Helper springs are on the short list of next accessories though. I have a tendency to load more than I should into a truck...
