ORDER #: 0623-0069 MR/MR lumbar spine wo con
IMPRESSION:
1. Large soft tissue mass in the spinal canal at the L1-2 level extending down to L2/3, this probably represents a large
extruded disc fragment however a neural tumor cannot be excluded. Review of the sixth 1926 MRI demonstrates that there
is some enhancement at this level with central low signal. Detail is insufficient to determine whether this represents
epidural enhancement or enhancement within the mass lesion. Further evaluation with an dedicated MRI with and without
contrast is recommended.
2. Multilevel additional degenerative change with notably severe spinal stenosis at L2-3appears I'm due for more testing, close too maximum out of pocket for yearORDER #: 0619-0045 MR/MR abdomen wo w con
IMPRESSION:
1. No focal pancreatic mass present. Diffuse dilation of the pancreatic duct, similar to prior exams. This is of
indeterminate etiology. If not already performed, ERCP with brush biopsy should be considered.
2. Comparison with prior CT demonstrates coarse calcification in the uncinate process.
3. 1.4 cm choledochocyst in the uncinate process. Alternative possibility is a cystic lesion in the uncinate process
but this is felt to be less likely.
